I wish you all the best in this transition period of post Christmas madness and pre New Years Eve pressure – madness isn’t it?
Just be with people you love, pets you love or reconnect with friends, the woods, the beach, a bath with candles, all the things that make you feel good before we sail into the madness again.
If you have this time off, then journal, find recipes that look really good for your usual weekly chaos in 2025, find routines to work out to that seem manageable and fit in, notice the simple healthy routines that work for you now and incorporate them into next year.
Don’t set yourself cruel and unmanageable routines – That’s just horrible! You don’t have to do that at all.
Choose something that you think – ooh I could get on board with that for 20 mins a day – or something you can do with a friend or partner that feels right and easy to stick to. Build from there.
Tell the people you love, that you love them, you can’t get that back – be with them, share moments with them, laugh, move, have your version of fun in this interim period – we think it is a bit blah but actually it is the ultimate time to understand yourself, reset, and be ready for 2025.
If you cant do this yourself, give me a shout and i will help you in one session or two and get you sorted
