Natural Lift Facial Massage: I use a cobination of Facial Reflexology and Natural Lift Facial Massage incorporating Gua Sha to ensure a deeply beneficial experience that promotes skin elasticity and emotional and physical health.
Facial Reflexology employs a series of finger techniques to balance and rejuvenate the whole body and mind as the face is considered a mini map of the body in reflexology. It acts as a natural face lift as the direct stimulation combats wrinkles and makes the face youthful again.
Natural Face Lift Massage combines the massage techniques of Anma, the traditoinal system of massage in Japan, and yurveda, the ancient Indian healing method which improves complexion, removes toxins from the face, prevents wrinkles and age spots and reduces existing ones. It is the equivalent of an accupuncture face lift without the insertion of needles and has no side effects.
